A Medium roast but just about a Medium Dark roast. Just enough roast to set the flavors and accent the natural flavors found in the coffee beans. An aroma reminiscent of fall and just enough spice to set off the season. Citrus, berries, chocolate and spice. Balanced warm lingering finish.
