Grown in the highlands of Jinotega, Nicaragua, this washed strictly high grown coffee is a dependable, easy-drinking single origin that delivers balance and versatility in every cup. Produced from a mix of traditional Arabica varietals—including Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai—along with regional hybrids, it offers a smooth profile with low acidity and a clean finish.

In the cup, expect subtle notes of walnut and cocoa, supported by a gentle sweetness and a soft, rounded body.
